Caretaker & Sales Associate Position
Are you a proactive and friendly person who loves connecting with people and has a knack for sales?
Do you enjoy a mix of hands-on property management and dynamic client interaction? We’re looking
for a motivated Caretaker & Sales Associate to join our team and help manage and market our
property.
This is a unique hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a caretaker with the drive of a
salesperson. You’ll be the face of the property, providing exceptional service to our residents while
also playing a key role in attracting new tenants and buyers.
What You’ll Do:
Caretaker Responsibilities:

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Respond to tenant requests, questions, and concerns quickly
    and professionally.
  • Support Tenants: Help new tenants get settled, handle repairs, and ensure a smooth
    process when they move out.
  • Handle Emergencies: Be available to respond to urgent issues and ensure the safety and
    security of the property.
    Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Showcase the Property: Conduct engaging tours for prospective tenants and buyers,
    highlighting the best features of our units.
  • Help Close Sales: Support our sales team by providing necessary information, answering
    questions, and following up with leads.
  • Market the Units: Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials and help host
    open houses and viewing appointments.
  • Stay Informed: Keep an eye on the local real estate market to help us stay competitive.
    What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: At least a Diploma in Real Estate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in property management and/or sales.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should also have
    basic handyman skills and a solid understanding of property management best practices.
  • Flexibility: You’ll need to be available for flexible hours, including some evenings and
    weekends.
  • Physical Ability: This role involves some physical tasks like lifting and moving, so you
    should be comfortable with a dynamic, on-your-feet role.
