Ark Consultants Limited (ACL) is headquartered in Nairobi and has branches in Mombasa, Nanyuki and Kisumu. Our branch network and presence gives us ample spread to serve a vast part of the country and region.

Alister is founding shareholder and former Managing Director of Ark Consultants Limited. In his role, Alister was in-charge of company direction and led in the design and execution of Company’s strategy. He drove the execution of business strategic objectives, grew and sustained strategic partnerships and led in business and market development. He was also team leader in major consultancy assignments.
Alister holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Construction and Real Estate) University of Reading, UK (2006), Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics of the University of Nairobi (1996), RICS Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management (CEM, 2006) and is a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (2001), Registered Valuer (2003), and Registered Estate Agent (2004).
Alister is a graduate of the OMP Executive Program of Strathmore Business School and is currently pursuing membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

He was also team leader in major consultancy assignments.
Alister has accumulated over seventeen (17) years’ experience in Real Estate & Construction sectors. He has been in charge of management of various commercial, industrial and residential property portfolios both in Kenya and Tanzania and other major consultancy projects within the region. Currently, Alister is the Chairman of the Kenya Real Estate Index Association a non-profit organization spearheading Kenya’s efforts to develop a Real Property Index.
Alister is a member of the board of directors of the National Transport Safety Authority.
Beatrice is passionate about Real Estate and is keen on ensuring that all the real estate projects that she is involved in are well thought out and are managed sustainably while maximizing their returns. She has acquired extensive knowledge in the real estate sector and is therefore able to provide strategic solutions in the real estate sector.
BA (Land Economics) Hons., M.A. Valuation and Property Management (ongoing), Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya, Registered & Licensed Valuer and Estate Agent.
Currently overseeing asset & property valuations, property & facilities management, real estate consultancy & advisory and real estate agency & broking.
Beatrice has accumulated over ten (10) years’ experience in Real Estate consultancy. She has worked with Ark Consultants Limited from November 2014 to date, Regal Real Estate Consultants Limited 2014 (January to October), Regent Management Limited (2012 August -2013 November) and Ark consultants Limited (2007 July-2012 July).
Ayub is a registered and practicing valuer at Ark Consultants Ltd. He is in charge of Valuations & Advisory Services Department. He is charged with handling property and asset valuation assignments. In addition, he is in charge of other advisory assignments such as investment appraisal, feasibility & market studies and real estate portfolio restructuring & return optimization.
PhD in Investment Appraisal (Ongoing at University of Cape Town, S.A.), M.A. Valuation and Property Management (UoN), Bachelor of Real Estate (Hons)., Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (MISK), Registered & Licensed Valuer and Estate Agent.
He is the Head of Valuations & Advisory Services Department.
Ayub has accumulated over Seven (7) years’ experience in Valuation and Real Estate Advisory. He has worked with Ark Consultants Limited from November 2020 to date, Octagon Pension Services Limited (2018 to 2019), Ark Consultants Limited (2014 to 2018) and Regent Management Limited (June to August -2013).
Faith possesses strong accounting and analytical skills.
Faith is an ICPAK member (Accountant)
Faith is in charge of overseeing the financial transactions of the company. She is also tasked with developing budgets, monitoring transactions, and preparing financial reports.
Joan is a real estate professional and the Agency Associate at Ark Consultants. She is charged with the management of leases, site acquisition, sales and letting.

Tumbo is a Real Estate professional and a Property Manager at Ark Consultants Limited. She is charged with management of commercial properties.

She is tasked with overseeing the operations of properties, collection of rent and service charge, handling tenant matters, liaising with the necessary service providers, overseeing maintenance works, budgeting and reconciliation of accounts, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the landlord and advisory services to the landlord
Joash is the IT Assistant at Ark Consultants Ltd.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
He is charged with supporting users and maintaining the company’s website.
Kevin is a Building Manager at Ark Consultants Limited. He is charged with handling tenants’ complaints and handling various maintenance tasks.
Stan is the ICT Officer at Ark Consultants Limited. He is charged with formulating and leading in the implementation of the ICT strategy in line with policies, processes & procedures to deliver business objective.

Lilian is a Valuation Associate at Ark Consultants Ltd. She is charged with property and asset valuation and Property Management.
